To make your reservation effective, it is mandatory to send a copy of the legible passport with VALIDITY greater than 6 months (from your trip),
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before making any trip, we recommend that you obtain travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, repatriation, or death and protects you from trip cancellation, reduction, damage, or theft of luggage and personal liabilities.
PAYMENT POLICY
Once any of our programs is confirmed, a minimum deposit of 50% must be made; the remaining balance must be paid before starting the program. If the final payment is not made, ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES reserves the right to cancel the tour without prior notice.
REFUNDS
No return or refund will be granted for the traveler’s absence on the tour or cancellation during the trip. There are no refunds or refunds for unused portions of tour packages or stays.
In the cancellation of tour packages that include the hotel, bus, and/or train service already issued, no return or reimbursement will be granted for these services.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
Within the program’s execution, events that are beyond our control may affect the activity’s development. ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES reserves the right to modify and even cancel the tour, always keeping in mind the integrity and safety of our travelers.
LIABILITY OF THE AGENCY
ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES provides services according to the traveler’s request per the requirements established in Art. 28 of the General Tourism Law No. 29408.
ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES will NOT be responsible or assume any obligation for accidents, damages, illnesses, deaths, or conflicting attitudes towards their peers that may arise on the trip. Taking the client all the extra expenses caused by this situation.
ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES is not responsible for any type of medical illness, pregnancy, or physical impediments that may put your health at risk. We are also not responsible for any claims or refunds arising for the above reasons.
LOSS OF PROPERTY
The traveler will be solely responsible for the custody of their luggage and travel documents.
ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES will be able to guide the passenger in the event of loss of their luggage or travel documents; however, in no circumstance will it be responsible for the loss, damage, deterioration, or loss of said elements.
DATA PROTECTION POLICIES:
ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES declares that it is committed to users’ protection, security, and privacy. The personal information it collects about its clients is used for the purchase, sale, or confirmation of the reservations it requests.
The personal information you register on our website is available in a secure system and is not open to the public.
ALBA OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES adopts the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data following the provisions of Law 29733 of the Peruvian government regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free their circulation.
